The He 111V-18, registered as D-ADUM, was an experimental aircraft. It was constructed from a rebuilt He 111B airframe. The primary purpose of this prototype was to test various torpedo carriers during trials. An incident recorded for D-ADUM was a crash landing caused by a defective port undercarriage.
