The He 111V-19 was a prototype aircraft that combined various improvements previously tested on the He 111V-8, V-9, and V-23. This aircraft shared the same airframe as the He 111P-1 but was powered by Jumo 211A engines equipped with Junkers variable pitch propellers.
Its trials were successful, leading to large-scale production of the He 111H-series. The He 111V-19 became the prototype for the Jumo 211-powered He 111H-series.
